John Davies | Managing Director, FASTSIGNS UK

John, a Qualified Franchise Professional (QFP), joined FASTSIGNS in 2015 and brings over 25 years of business leadership, operational development and sales experience to the FASTSIGNS UK business, including over 15 years dedicated to the franchise sector. As Managing Director, John oversees all elements of the UK business, supporting franchisees and growing the network via the effective deployment of the FASTSIGNS brand.

John’s strategic focus was developed over an extensive career in senior leadership roles across the Manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, specialist retail, and construction sectors. Notably, he spent a decade as Director of Franchising for Bathstore, where he also experienced life as a franchisee, launching and operating two outlets.

This gives John a unique perspective, allowing him to empathise with both the franchisee’s and the franchisor’s objectives.

Rebecca Perks | Operations Manager

Rebecca joined the FASTSIGNS UK team three years ago, bringing a dynamic background as a Sales Manager within the hospitality sector. This experience gives her a unique edge, blending high-touch sales expertise with the rigorous operational discipline required to scale a franchise.

For many, Rebecca is the face (and voice) of the FASTSIGNS journey. She is often the first person prospective franchisees speak with, providing essential clarity from the very first enquiry. As a dedicated project manager, she oversees the entire onboarding lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from your initial interest to the high-profile launch of your centre.

Beyond the launch phase, Rebecca manages our key supplier relationships, ensuring the entire network is primed with the resources and support needed for long-term growth. Rebecca also manages and delivers our annual national convention and summer meetings program, ensuring she utilises her event management and hospitality skillset to the fullest.

When onboarding as a franchisee, Rebecca serves as your primary point of contact and project lead, meticulously coordinating every milestone of your journey, from your first enquiry to your official centre launch.

Hannah Evans-Janosi | Marketing Manager

Hannah joined FASTSIGNS in 2016, bringing a specialised background in franchise marketing and a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma. She possesses the rare ability to balance high-level central brand promotion with the granular, “boots-on-the-ground” marketing objectives of individual franchisees.

As a key strategic link to our 23-strong international marketing team in the US, Hannah manages and “anglicises” the brand, ensuring our global strength translates perfectly for the UK market. She understands that for a new centre, visibility is everything. Hannah ensures that the FASTSIGNS name doesn’t just exist in your territory, but dominates it.

Hannah supports your onboarding by working directly with new franchisees to craft a bespoke, individual marketing plan for your location. This includes a strategic mix of digital and traditional activities designed to build local awareness and drive enquiries from day one.

Emily Heathcote | Senior Business Consultant

Emily has been a cornerstone of the FASTSIGNS UK support team since joining in 2016. Starting her journey as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Emily’s career has seen a dedicated progression into consultancy, becoming a Business Consultant in 2020 and ascending to Senior Business Consultant in 2024. This unique trajectory means there isn’t an area of the FASTSIGNS model that Emily hasn’t experienced. She possesses a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of how the network functions from the inside out.

Emily offers a wealth of industry knowledge and capability, acting as a high-level strategic partner for our franchisees. Her role is to help you fully inhabit your role as a business owner, keeping you focused on your core objectives while reviewing sales performance and profitability. Whether it’s navigating the complexities of staff recruitment or conducting deep-dive financial health checks, Emily provides the expert mentorship needed to scale your operations effectively.

When onboarding, Emily facilitates a new franchisee’s transition into business ownership by helping you define your first-year objectives and providing hands-on support with the critical task of hiring and structuring your founding team.

Rory Gallop | Business Consultant

Rory joined FASTSIGNS in early 2024 as our newest team member, bringing a strong foundation in franchise consultancy from the education sector. Working in tandem with Emily, Rory shares the responsibility for our network’s success, with the UK centres split equally between them to ensure every franchisee receives consistent, high-level mentorship.

While Rory mirrors Emily’s focus on sales, profitability, and objective-setting, he brings a unique edge to the team through his passion for emerging technologies. Rory has a keen eye for identifying how AI and automation can streamline business management practices and reduce administrative friction. He is currently spearheading the digital evolution of our support systems and educating the entire UK team on integrating these cutting-edge tools into the FASTSIGNS model to drive efficiency.
