Leading global signage franchise, FASTSIGNS, expands in the UK, after welcoming new Solihull franchisee into their growing network.
Entrepreneur, Farooq Wani, recently opened FASTSIGNS Solihull, and has already brought with him a dedicated design and production specialist and an experienced sales expert to help him meet the demands of the local education, healthcare, construction and commercial.
Before joining the FASTSIGNS franchise, Farooq had no previous signage industry experience. He’d spent five years scaling a dual-territory franchise business in the frozen food sector, and prior experience managing major infrastructure projects for industry titans like Balfour Beatty, Siemens and prominent engineering firms across the Middle East.
Commenting on his transition into the signage industry, Farooq, said:
“After selling my previous franchise, I was looking for a new challenge that gave me the chance to combine my background in technical project management, with my franchise experience. FASTSIGNS UK presented me with that very opportunity.
“While the brand already has a strong legacy in the area, the scale of economic growth here means there’s ample opportunity for a new, independent centre to thrive. Opening in Solihull allows us to strategically expand and support key sectors right across Solihull and the southern communities of the Midlands. We’re excited for what the future holds.”
